Listen with the Ear of the Heart

Tracy Rittmueller and Alison Hendley offer a 2.5 hour mini retreat in community where participants collectively encounter the vibrational energy of compassionate love.

You are invited into a whole-body listening experience sound bath supported by hands on energy healing, followed by creative process integration time and community sharing.

  • Tracy’s sound baths combine poetry, song, crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes to stimulate alpha and theta brain waves associated with deep meditative and peaceful states where healing can happen.

  • Alison learned healing power through meditation and connecting deeply to God at The Foundation for Spiritual Development ( San Rafael, CA). Her hands on energy work is a prayer in which she attunes spiritually to each person and allows God's energy to flow through her as she touches or hovers over an area calling for alignment. People have commented that she 'knew' where their physical pain was, that they felt calmer and more connected to God afterward, that something shifted or was released, and most often that they felt bathed in love.

Slippery Joy: Sound Bath, Energy Healing and Creativity!

To embrace Slippery Joy is to respect and honor our sorrows while recognizing that poignant beauty coexists with grief.

These times are a challenge to hold on to joy, community, healing. So we gather together to remind one another of our interconnectedness and the love that surrounds us.
